What can I Request?

If it fits in our car then we can most likely deliver it to you. Food is our most popular delivery item but we do groceries and more!

How does it work?

Just tell us what you want and we will call in the order, pick it up and deliver it to your business or residence. Need groceries? Give us your list of groceries and we will do your shopping. Once we finish, we will drop them off at your location at whatever time you request.

How do the prices work?

All deliveries start at $6 plus a 10% service fee.

How can I place an order?

There are 3 different ways to place an order. You can call us at 770) 282-7430, order online by clicking here or by placing your order through a text message using the number above.

How does placing an order through text message work?

Placing an order by text message is simple. Just text 770) 282-7430 your complete order and your nearest Request driver will confirm it with you. Be sure to tell us your address, where you want your pick up and what you want exactly. Don't forget to include sizes and quantities.

How do I pay for my items?

Request Delivery accepts all major debit and credit cards through our PayPal card readers at the door. Cash can be accepted, however for our drivers safety, they are not allowed to carry change. Our drivers will accept payment at the door. Please be sure to have your debit/credit card ready and a valid identification card as well. There is a $6 delivery fee for each credit card/debit card transaction.

Can I have alcohol delivered?

Unfortunately we are unable to deliver alcohol at this time.

Are your prices the same as the restaurants and stores?

Absolutely. We never raise restaurant or grocery store prices. You pay exactly what you would pay at your requested location.

Why am I not in your delivery area?

There are many reasons why we may not deliver to your area. The main reason is due to a lack of drivers in your general location. We are always hiring more drivers so please check back with us again soon. 



How long does a delivery usually take?

The average delivery time is 45 minutes, but there may be unforeseen circumstances that may delay your delivery. Deliveries during lunch or dinner hours may take longer than normal due to restaurant wait times or traffic. We recommend 'Text Updates' so that your driver can keep you updated throughout your entire delivery.

How can I get in contact with someone about my delivery?

If the delivery is in transit, then your driver should keep you up to date if you selected 'yes' to text updates. If not, you could always call us 770) 282-7430 and an associate will be able to help you with any questions regarding your delivery. If you have any questions or comments, our customer care team will be glad to help at

I already placed my order but need to cancel it.

We're sorry but once an order has been placed there can be no refunds on the purchase.

What if my order is incorrect?

If your order is incorrect please let an associate at Request Delivery Service know as soon as possible. Please call us at 770) 282-7430. We will be happy to fix your order at no extra cost.

Who makes the delivery?

Our trusty drivers make all the deliveries. All of our drivers are properly trained in order to ensure great deliveries.

Should I tip my driver?

Your driver receives a minimum service fee with each delivery but you can always add more if your driver was amazing. There will be a suggested tip when checking out after each delivery.

What is the Service Fee?

There is a 10% service fee added to each delivery. The fee goes to the driver for using their personal card to cover any food/grocery charges.
